It all started with a single “Yaha!”
In 2020, three friends stumbled upon Nagano’s adorable Twitter comics featuring a little creature trying to live a cute life. But it wasn’t the main character that captured our hearts — it was the chaotic, fearless, slot-machine-loving rabbit named Usagi.
We found ourselves endlessly scrolling through fan translations, hunting for merchandise on Japanese websites, and explaining to confused friends why we were obsessed with a yellow bunny that only says “Yaha!” and “Ura!”
The problem? There was no dedicated English resource for Usagi fans. Information was scattered across wikis, Reddit threads, and untranslated Japanese sites. Buying authentic merchandise felt like navigating a maze blindfolded.

With a background in Japanese Studies and 5+ years of experience in content creation, she combines her language skills with her obsession to bring accurate, well-researched content to English-speaking fans.
